Editorial Policy

Our promise to readers

Every article on yoga-hubs.com is written to be useful, honest and grounded in actual practice or named sources. We do not publish content that we have not read, edited and stand behind.

Who writes our content

All articles are written and edited by Jack Lanford. AI tools (large language models) may be used as research assistants and for first drafts of structured content (e.g., gear comparison tables); however, every article is reviewed, fact-checked, edited and approved by Jack before publication. We do not publish AI output as-is.

How we make recommendations

  • Where possible, we recommend products we have personally used
  • Where we have not used a product, we say so explicitly and explain why we are still recommending it (third-party reviews, manufacturer reputation, expert consensus)
  • We try to recommend across price tiers, not just the most expensive option
  • We disclose every affiliate relationship on every article that contains affiliate links

Sources and citations

When we cite scientific research, we link to the source (peer-reviewed paper, government health agency, reputable secondary source). We do not invent statistics or attribute quotes that cannot be verified.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we want to know. Email contact@yoga-hubs.com with subject line “Correction” and we will investigate. Material corrections are noted at the bottom of the affected article with a date.

Sponsored content

Yoga Hubs may occasionally publish sponsored content (paid by a brand). All sponsored articles will be clearly marked “Sponsored” at the top of the article, in addition to the standard affiliate disclosure. We retain editorial control over all published content, sponsored or not.

What we do not do

  • Republish unsolicited press releases as articles
  • Sell links or guest posts to SEO agencies
  • Run native advertising disguised as editorial
  • Recommend medical, therapeutic, or financial decisions — those require a qualified professional
