Yoga Hubs respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a takedown notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent provisions of the Canadian Copyright Act.

How to submit a notice

Send a written notice to the DMCA contact below that includes all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  2. The URL on yoga-hubs.com where the allegedly infringing content appears
  3. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number and email address
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notification

If you believe content of yours was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) containing the elements specified in the statute.

Repeat infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable and/or terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers.
