This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Yoga Hubs (“we”, “us”, “Yoga Hubs”, “yoga-hubs.com”) collects from visitors to yoga-hubs.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It is written to comply with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) for California visitors, and other applicable privacy laws.
Who we are
Yoga Hubs is operated as an individual sole proprietorship by Jack Lanford, based at 949 Winnipeg St S, Regina, SK S4R 1Y1, Canada. For privacy questions, contact contact@yoga-hubs.com.
What we collect
- Technical data, automatically: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, approximate location at the city level (derived from IP).
- Cookies and similar technologies: see the Cookies section below.
- Information you give us: if you email us or fill out any contact form, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, account passwords or government IDs through normal site use.
Cookies and third-party services
We use the following third-party services, each of which may set its own cookies or collect data:
- Cloudflare — content delivery and security (essential cookies)
- Hostinger — web hosting (essential cookies, server logs)
- Google Analytics (if and when enabled) — anonymized traffic analytics; IP anonymization is enabled
- Google Search Console — aggregated search data; does not set cookies on visitors
- Pepperjam / Ascend and other affiliate networks — set cookies when you click an affiliate link, to attribute purchases to us. These cookies are set by the network, not by Yoga Hubs.
You can disable non-essential cookies via the cookie banner on first visit, or in your browser settings at any time.
How we use information

- To understand which articles are read, so we can write more useful ones
- To respond to messages you send us
- To track affiliate referrals via partner networks

Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above, each of which has its own privacy policy. We may disclose information when legally required (court order, lawful subpoena).

Children’s privacy (COPPA)
Yoga Hubs is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention
Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults (14 months by default). Email correspondence is retained as long as the conversation is relevant or as required by law.
International transfers
Yoga Hubs is operated from Canada. Hosting is provided by Hostinger and content delivery uses Cloudflare; both may process data in the United States, the European Union and other jurisdictions. Where applicable, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, note the change at the top of this page.
